Kate completed her certification in Pilates Mat with Polestar Pilates Australia in 2022. Kate developed a love of Pilates after having spent years in the studio in Ivan’s classes which she continues today. Whilst continuing with her day job as a solicitor, Kate is interested in all things health and wellbeing, in particular being able to share her love of Pilates and its benefits with her clients in the studio.
